I'll get a fix out today. Best wishes Steve

GIT automatically configures for use with the PMDG. Make sure you have ENABLED the MCP Pro in GIT. Also check in the log for an entry confirming the PMDG SDK is ok. Best wishes Steve

GoFlight was sold to the new owners pre Covid-19. The new owner had some health issues after being forced to temporally close the GoFlight premises due to Covid-19 restrictions. The premises never re-opened. I have no idea what he intends to do going forward. I know the website domain name has been renewed so perhaps the…

The file BespokeVariables.xml is corrupt. It's located in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. Ideally restore the file from a backup you may have (you can also check if the Backup subdirectory in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool has a valid version of the file), or delete it and allow GIT to recreate it. You may need to…

No, it will be fine. Best wishes Steve

We have a green GoFlight LED which is progress. I think you forgot to enable the MCP Pro in GIT. Select Device 0 on the MCP Pro tab and select ENABLED. Best wishes Steve

The following lists all FS2020 Events and are grouped into helpful sections: https://docs.flightsimulator.com/html/Programming_Tools/Event_IDs/Event_IDs.htm Best wishes Steve

Ok, I think deleting the config files is the best next step. Delete Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool and then start GIT. You will need to enable the MCP PRO in GIT as all settings will be gone. Also, this behaviour has been seen when GoFlight devices are plugged into incompatible USB ports. Did you connect the MCP Pro to…

In FS2020 have the PMDG cockpit visible. Forget Zipping it up, just post as before, but all of it, including using the MCP Pro. I need to see the log again because things have changed. Best wishes Steve
-
I need to see the whole log, with the PMDG loaded and the virtual cockpit showing. Then use the MCP Pro. At this point copy all the GIT Log, zip it up and post on this thread.

Ok, then there is a hardware fault. Is the unit faulty? Is the USB cable OK? Is the hub/USB port enabled and functioning OK? Have you tried a different USB port? Best wishes Steve

Your joysticks are no longer being picked up in GIT which is good news. The error you are seeing can be ignored. You cannot play a WASM module. Does GIT now work correctly? Best wishes Steve
-
Yes they are. If you are looking at Robs, you need to click the video twice. As for the GF166, I need more information. Does the identify button light it up? Best wishes Steve
-
Zip it up and attach it to your post. Thx Steve
-
I have just updated the links, they were pointing to GoFlights now absent website Best wishes Steve
-
It looks like GIT thinks joysticks are enabled. Delete the directory C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software so the settings go back to default. Then start GIT and check no joysticks are detected. Best wishes Steve

The GF166 and GF46 can be auto configured by clicking one of the relevant buttons on their respective GIT tabs as described in the link from my previous post. The full user guide is here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git.html The beginners guide contains links to videos when using GIT…

Unplug the yoke and confirm GIT works OK? Best wishes Steve

Does it happen during synchronising buttons and switches (see the GIT log)? Best wishes Steve
-
No it isn't checking any previous state. Can you confirm the question I asked previously? Yes a new version is under development. Expect around the Summer. Best wishes Steve
-
It looks like a problem with GFDev.dll loading. Can you try connecting your joystick to a hub/card that is not connected to your GoFlight hardware. Best wishes Steve
-
Have you enabled the devices in GIT? Does the Identify button light up the relevant device? Best wishes Steve
-
The new Detective is designed to be responsive so it will be easier to enable an option to increase text size. Best wishes Steve
-
Untick Enable Joysticks in the GIT Settings tab in case you have assigned an axis via GIT. Best wishes Steve
-
Have you configured the devices in GIT? (See this overview https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/vanillaforums/discussion/1436/fs2020-feature-status-and-usage/p1). Can you also post your GIT log. Best wishes Steve
-
Does it change if you use the VS rotary in the virtual cockpit as you may just not be in the correct MCP mode? Best wishes Steve
-
Can you post your GIT log. Thx Steve
-
Untick "Enable Joysticks" in the GIT settings tab. Best wishes Steve

Use Windows Explorer to go into the GoFlight drivers directory, right click on Windows8Fixer.cmd and select Run As Administrator. If this does not fix the problem, remove ALL GoFlight hardware and repeat; then reconnect the GoFlight hardware. Repeat this process until it all works with Identify button. Also GF166's are…

I only have the latest driver versions. However I do not think that will help as I have GIT running on Windows 11 with the GFDev dll I provided for you. Add /log in the target field of the GIT icon. This will push the GIT log to disk at Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool to see if this provides any clues. Also disable any…
