It looks like your A/T switch is faulty. Try GoFlight's test program in the following link and observe what switch 5 does when you use the A/T switch: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvmOqBMETlayh9ZQUzSikUTgvmwIyw?e=XLRYXU Also check you have the MCP Pro set to compatible add-on in GFConfig and you do not have the A/T switch assigned…

OK, I suspect the PMDG SDK has not been automatically enabled by GIT. Can you check the following with GIT and FS not running: To enable the data communication output, you will need to open the file 737_Options.ini that is located in the 737 persistent storage folder. For Microsoft Store distribution, this folder is…

Are you saying Simconnect pauses on this line: < 497.35293 [327] ObjectData: RequestID=219 DefineID=1 dwSize=56 I need to see the events after the line > 527.86951 [328, 2]SubscribeToSystemEvent:EventID=16777220, SystemEventName="AircraftLoaded" Thx Steve

Attached works OK for me.

1) The course rotaries sound like the rotary encoders need cleaning or replaced. Use the following link to access GoFlights MCP Pro test software to confirm jumping due to the rotary encoders: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AvmOqBMETlayh9ZQUzSikUTgvmwIyw?e=Ta9YUe 2) & 3) are related. Make sure in the GIT log you see PMDG SDK is OK.…

I think something else running in FS2020 is causing the delay, blocking the Simconnect Start event. For example it could be an add-on taking along time to compile. I would enable the Simconnect console and log so you can watch and record what is going on. E.g. my simconnect.ini file: [SimConnect] level=Verbose console=Yes…

Ok, lets determine if this is with all aircraft or only PMDG. Can you load up the TBM930 in FS and click FS Default on the GIT MCP tab. Enable the MCP, quit GIT and then start GIT and see if the MCP works correctly. Thx Steve

OK, I suspect the PMDG SDK is being turned off. Can you check the following with GIT and FS not running: To enable the data communication output, you will need to open the file 737_Options.ini that is located in the 737 persistent storage folder. For Microsoft Store distribution, this folder is located at…

It may be a security rights issue. Install GoFlight drivers and GIT into C:\GoFlight (i.e. do not install into program files). Best wishes Steve
-
I think it can only be one of two things. You are not loading the GIT WASM module, or are loading an old version. Enable developer mode in FS2020. Then on the dev menu, select Tools and then Packages. Confirm you can find pollypotsoftware-flightsimio-module listed as version 1.0.1. Check the package: path next to it (you…

Lua Config.txt is in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. The issue is with GFDev.dll. Are you sure you have it in C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFlight and not in C:\Program Files\GoFlight?
-
I have just done a fresh install of GIT with FS2020 set to load the PMDG as default. I renamed Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool, created a new directory for GIT (Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool) and copied Lua Config.txt into it which had localhost updated with my IP Address. I then started GIT and then started FS2020.…

What is crashing? GIT or FS2020?
-
Sometime this year, hopefully the summer.

The latest version is always in your account. Just download in the usual way. Have you configured your RP48 to do anything. Have you pressed any default config buttons on the GIT GF166 tab to configure it etc. Without any configuration work they will appear dead. Best wishes Steve

Strange, my Win 11 test environment is working fine with the update. Check C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d v4\dll.xml has only 1 entry similar to the following: GoFlight Interface Module False C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFlight\GoFlight Interface Module 64.dll Ensure that the listed "Path" above points to…

If they have a name, they are Simconnect Events. Best wishes Steve
-
Bespoke Events always end automatically once all the tasks have been completed. You would need to use a Goto Task to force it to loop and continue running. Best wishes Steve

Fixed now. Wrong filename issue. Best wishes Steve
-
Fixed. Redownload the 32bit version. Wherever you installed GIT make sure the GIT Module.dll versions are 3.7 (click on the file, selected Properties, then Details). Best wishes Steve
-
Double check the GIT version in settings and about. It should be 4.7.3.2. If it is, try the 32bit version. Best wishes Steve PS: Check the GoFlight Interface Module 64.dll (located in Program Files\GoFlight) is version 3.7. Thats the really important part for Win 11 compatibility.
-
You can ignore that error. By the way, if you downloaded the 32bit version, redownload it as it had the wrong filename and was therefore still the old version. Best wishes Steve

New P3D v4/v5 GIT versions know available to download from your account. This includes the Win 11 fixes from the FS2020 version of GIT. Best wishes Steve
-
Change "localhost" in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool\Lua Config.txt to your PC's IP address. Restart GIT and the Flight Sim to pick up the change. The port is correct. Best wishes Steve
-
OK, just realised I have not updated GIT with the Win 11 fixes as I have done for the FS2020 version. Will get a new version out shortly. Best wishes Steve
-
I think because you are the only user who has this issue, it may be related to corrupt config files. Can you rename Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool and then start GIT which will now have a blank config. Then try the PMDG with say the MCP (remember to enable it in GIT, then restart GIT). Best wishes Steve

Does GFDev.dll exist in the GIT program directory?
-
If its for a specific function, its not unusual. For example, a lot of the default 747 functionality is not made available by the developer. Is anything appearing for various systems functionality? An XMLVAR is an lvar. Best wishes Steve

Event should be LANDING_LIGHTS_TOGGLE Switch Action should be NOTHING. Most Switch Actions are for use with PMDG aircraft. Light Data should be LIGHT STATES Light Action HAS_FLAG Light Value 4 The various landing lights related variables are very unreliable and the only consistent way I have found is to use the above. The…

If you want the left hand side to show DME, then pick one of the configs on the GF45 tab and type DME. On the right hand side, search for DME variables and select one to display. Best wishes Steve
