In GIT on the GF166 tab, select device 0 and then click the identify button. It should light up. If it doesn't you most likely need to implement the Windows 8 Fixer solution as detailed in the GIT installation page (important section) here:…
-
It's fairly straight forward. The GF166 can be configured with 4 different configs. Each config uniquely defines the displays and what the buttons and rotaries do, thus allowing up to 4 different functions. To switch between the 4 configs, assign a relevant event from the previous website link above to a GF166 button. If…

Have you read up on the GF166 specifics here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/19-operating/22-configuring-goflight-devices-additional-information.html Best wishes Steve

Were you using a different aircraft before switching to the baron, or was it a fresh start?
-
Your account always has the latest version, no need to buy it again. Not necessary to uninstall. Best wishes Steve

Does the display actually work when you press the Identify button on the GF166 tab with the correct device selected? Best wishes Steve

Manual is here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/goflight-interface-tool-x-plane.html If no config to download you need to manually configure. See manual. Best wishes Steve

Yes, there is a new version to download. Best wishes Steve

Yes that is the right folder as stated. The plugin needs to be enabled, not off. Lua Config.txt is always replaced for every GIT install. Have you have updated the ip address in the file and its still not working?
-
Check the plugin is present in X-Plane plugins. Also consider changing localhost in Lua Config.txt (in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool) to be your IP address. Best wishes Steve
-
Just checked, the forum didn't post the full directory correctly because I added <> symbols. Updated it, so check again replacing "your username" as appropriate. Best wishes Steve

Expect it soon. Best wishes Steve

You configure them in the GoFlight Interface Tool. The manual is here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git.html Best wishes Steve

It looks like your settings file is corrupt. Delete C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\PollyPot_Software. This will not erase any aircraft configs. Best wishes Steve
-
Yes its still planned. Expect it soon. Best wishes Steve

The things you have listed are made up by GoFlight. GoFlight will have mapped these to actual SimConnect events and variables. Just search for keywords like Hold, ADF, NAV etc and you will find the suitable events and variables to use. Best wishes Steve

Have you checked the axis assignment in P3D?

Hi, I have responded multiple times to your emails, stating how to move forward but you have just emailed me again asking the same things. I'm guessing the emails are going to SPAM/Junk in your email account, so I'm responding to you here in the hope that you will see this. Here is the last response I sent you: Your key is…

I have downloaded and checked and it works fine. Suggest you re-download it. It may also be an anti-virus issue blocking it running. Best wishes Steve

Ok, blinking is good, that means the SDK is enabled. Do the rotaries work on MCP PRO and is it only the displays not working? If so does the Identify button on the MCP Pro tab light up the MCP Pro? The drivers are available in the downloads section of the website. Best wishes Steve

OK, I suspect the PMDG SDK has not been automatically enabled by GIT. Can you check the following with GIT and FS not running: To enable the data communication output, you will need to open the file 737_Options.ini that is located in the 737 persistent storage folder. For Microsoft Store distribution, this folder is…
