Cluster events are hard coded into GIT. To build something yourself, either create Bespoke Events or Lua scripts (there is a PMDG example in the GIT Lua section of the user guide that will help you). When sending each event, make sure there is a short Sleep of around 50 m/s, otherwise some of the events may not work. You…

The selected Input needs to be the Displays (you have the centre button chosen in the picture). Each Display will need the change. Best wishes Steve

I'll take a look again. Best wishes Steve

Which aircraft?
-
Not sure. It may be the last version of the Engravity CDU which only worked with the NGX using Engravities drivers. Best wishes Steve

Use the Light Action ROUND and a Light Value of 3 for each of the configs where the frequency is displayed. See https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/17-concepts/20-light-actions.html Best wishes Steve

You can ignore that error. If the GIT identify button does not light up the devices, see the installation instructions and read the IMPORTANT part: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/user-guide-git/16-installation/14-installation.html Best wishes Steve

Add /log to the GIT icon target line. A log file will appear in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. There is also a plugin log file in the x-plane directory.
-
You are in the wrong place. Its in your Documents folder. Look for GoFlight Interface Tool in your Documents folder. A subdirectory of that will contain a folder called Backup which are backed up files of the files in the GoFlight Interface Tool of the Documents folder. Remember to rename the backup files to their original…

I have never seen that before. Can you post your log.

The 166 and 46's are notorious for locking up. This is a GoFlight hardware issue and nothing to do with GIT. It's a case of trial and error to find a combination of ports, hubs and spreading the devices across them to minimise lock ups. For me, I used multiple powered USB hubs spread across different USB controllers.…

Also add EnableCDUBroadcast.0=1 in the [SDK] section. That should fix it. These entries should have been set automatically. Did you have any security prompts when editing the file? What is the exact location of your 737_Options.ini file?
-
That means the PMDG SDK is not enabled. Go back to the FAQ and do point 4 again. Until you see an entry in the log regarding the PMDG SDK, you haven't done it correctly. Best wishes Steve
-
In the log, do you see "PMDG SDK option is OK"
-
I think those are to do with the actual aircraft model and can be ignored. See https://developer.x-plane.com/datarefs/ Best wishes Steve

Does the status tab show NO INCOMING DATA
-
Did you change the CDU pages in the PMDG CDU (in the cockpit) because there is no data showing as being received only key presses?
-
You do have FS2020 running with the 737 virtual cockpit visible? The port closing is suggesting a mismatch in your configuration. Use Baud rate 38400, COM3, 8 bits, no Parity, 1 stop bit and no flow control for CDU 0. Open up the silicon labs CP210x entry from your last photo and confirm the settings match the above and…

See the first section of the FAQ here: https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/support/user-guide/engravity-cdu-pmdg-interface/26-installation/71-faq-engravity-cdu-pmdg-interface.html Best wishes Steve

GIT must be running all the time. You can minimise it and it will still work. Best wishes Steve

It sounds like your GF166 is locking up. You will need to try different USB ports, hubs etc until it stops locking up. They are notorious for doing this. Its a GoFlight hardware issue. The MESM will need configuring for it to do something. If not all switches in the SECM are working, its probably because the aircraft in…

What sim/aircraft are you using. Did you configure the LGT yourself or us FS Default? Best wishes Steve
-
I need some context. What are you trying to do? Best wishes Steve

GIT cannot talk to the GIT X-Plane plugin. Either the plugin is installed in the wrong place (you are prompted for the location during GIT install), or your firewall is blocking communication or you need to configure Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool\Lua Config.txt changing "localhost" to your actual ip address (if you do…
-
Be careful mixing GIT with FSUIPC. If you configure the same controls in both, things will clash and cause problems. Best wishes Steve

If you don't have a backup you can try using the backup files stored in Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool\Backup. Copy them to Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool. Remember to remove the .bak extension from the files after removing or moving the original files. Best wishes Steve
