Can you check that the MCP Pro is enabled in GIT (you will need the 737 loaded with the cockpit showing to actually confirm its enabled for the 737. Best wishes Steve

Firstly don't get confused with the GoFlight Interface Tool (GIT) and GoFlights own driver software - they are two different things and I only support GIT. Most of your screens shots are of GFConfig which is GoFlights own driver software. GIT does not need FSUIPC. The error message is indicating a problem with your FSX…

From here https://www.pollypotsoftware.org.uk/downloads.html on the GIT Aircraft Config X-Plane tab and look for the ZIBO in the list. Backup Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool before loading the profile. Best wishes Steve

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away. Try unzipping the attached dll and copying the dll file into the GIT program directory and the Engravity CDU PMDG Interface program directory. Best wishes Steve

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away. GIT cannot locate the Microsoft.FlightSimulator.SimConnect.dll file on your system. Unzip the attached and move the dll into the GIT program directory. Best wishes Steve

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away. If you run FSUIPC, it has an option to called something like "control acceleration". Enable it and the degrees should be 1. Best wishes Steve

You probably have corrupt aircraft files. If you have a backup of Documents\GoFlight Interface Tool, restore that directory from backup, otherwise you will have to delete the files (take a copy first just in case its something else) and let GIT recreate them, but you will lose your aircraft configs.
